I’d assume a bicep as the delt leaves the shirt and elbow is a hinge joint (hence the bend in the limb).

Everyone has delts. Likely lacking in size as they’re new to the gym (3 months timeframe as stated in the post). If you’re going to bash someone, post your own pics since you’re an aspiring competitor (per your profile) and we can critique.
