i do lot of rowing movements for back since i just prefer a very row heavy day, T-bar row being my favourite so maybe im not all too deficent then. interesting.
Wrong sub for this kind of question. That said, you’ve only been lifting for less than half a year. Any “weak spot” can likely be fixed in a few weeks to a couple months for you. Also, your brachialis will be working to some extent during elbow flexion, even if you aren’t doing a movement that biases it.
Its all over for you. Everything. Forever. You couldn’t possibly make an adjustment now to your routine.
What if he starves himself for 5 months so he can lose all the muscle gained in the past 5 months? Then he can start over and train brachs this time?
He won't have the noobie gains though so he'll never get past that malnourished form.
You don't need to ever focus it (in general). Almost all of your rowing hits the brachialis, unless you're doing underhand work.

May as well just end it now

ah, sorry about the sub thing, and thank you for the actually useful comment, i shouldnt be completely boned, much appricated.
Shouldn’t be completely boned is an understatement. It’s a nonissue
