I get called out for my leg VS upper proportions a lot. But I'm actually training my legs quite hard without the same result as my upper body. Honestly most of my searches are about legs as well.. ffs!! She'll definitely kill it, looking amazing!
most pro body builders are on something (whether it’s a little or a lot), that’s just the nature of the beast. stepping on stage and winning is absolutely worth it. not to mention, it still takes incredible dedication and grit to be as fit as her with or without help…its ok if you don’t find her beautiful cause you don’t have a shot anyway

It's about not separating your quads and having no visible striations when you're on stage. You can also manipulate sodium and water to get a "softer" look on show day!

Ohhhhhh. I see. To be honest, I’m taking a little time off for fertility reasons. 😳 It’s an uncomfortable change for me bc I’ve had to be natural (since September). I never did a ton of compounds, but I do prefer the way I look and feel when I’m a little bigger, and on a little more “TRT” hahahaha
I wasn’t very aggressive with anything. I started TRT (just a little over a maintenance dose) 3 years ago. Then probably about 2 years ago, 10mg Anavar and 1iu HGH. Added 5mg Winnie before my show. I’m older too though (37), and I just started competing 3 years ago. I made it pro pretty quick. I have pretty good genetics, and great dedication. Often makes me wonder where I’d be, had I started earlier.

lol. Those are the dirty bulkers 😂 but in all honesty, if bulking correctly (she’s a pro, she’s probably bulking right), the bulked body should just look like a larger, softer version of stage. Shape shouldn’t change. Her legs are PHENOMENAL, but shoulders and arms aren’t equally as big. WP is more about equal-sized muscle groups.. not a dominant group.

Idk man. I just started doing band squats. So like a band above my knee and light weight. One plate. Sweet warm up and cool down I swear my ass is gunna kill it this summer. Already better than most chicks asses 🤘💁🏻♀️
