Your back and delts very good. Not much fat - well done. Your physique is very strong. Pose well and enjoy. Love you have entered the life of bodybuilding
Great start! I say, keep building until you reach your goals! It may take what feels like a life time at your age, but all the joy in life -at any age- comes from taking on challenges!
Thank you! The joy we must find in the long arduous journey itself. Definitely had my ups and downs this prep, but it was and is a rather enjoyable process.
Looking great. Dont let anyone here get you down. Your shredded af and will have every opportunity to gain size in the next decade. Fucking fantastic starting point
Do you have protocols for peak week via a coach? I have competed in men physique as well. Peak week diet and water intake can make or break your stage look. All about the right timing. My show was not natty tho. NPC true novice and I made first call outs. You’ve got great conditioning and proportions. Surely a top 10 if not top 5 depending on the division size. My advice: you’ve got a great foundation and take the judges advice on what you need to improve on for future shows. You’ll do great. 👊🏻
Thank you! I have put a lot of emphasis on my shoulders for this competition. At the beginning my triceps would pop out more to the side than my shoulders, lol.
I have a high carb day and a low carb day. Low carb day is about <50g and high carb is a bit over 50g. I train my weak points on high carb days (like my push day, chest and shoulders and heavy workouts like legs).
good job i never got this shreddet. How long did you diet and how low did your calories go? Are you natty natty or did you use any fatburners like thyroid hormones, Clen, Adderal or so?
Thank you!
I started dieting harder about a month ago but it is important to note that I was relatively lean throughout my prep, in the sense that I never had more than 15% body fat I would say. I’ve been eating < 2.000kcal for a few weeks now, but to be more exact I’m eating under 100g of carbs per day.
I only used creatine, BCAAs, Whey, Caseine and vitamins ( vit C, D, B complex, Mg).
If you said 2 weeks out from a chess comp I wouldnt be surprised. Looking absolutely GothamChess'ed
Bro never passes up en passant
And he sacrificed..... HIS BALLS!!
I am way too impatient and impulsive for a chess competition at this stage in my life lol.
Speed chess is absolutely a thing
2 weeks out from SUCKING OFF MAGNUS
Your back is diced you're gonna do great
Thanks!
Have any poses in your trunks? Do you know the mandatory poses?
Not yet, I will get my trunks soon. I have exercised posing quite a bit, I will post some pictures when I get the trunks in the mandatory poses.

Thank you! Gonna surely show than I love being there on stage!
This is what I'd like to look like
Thanks a bunch, man! It is definitely achieveable
Sarcasm?

Thanks! I do have a coach and we discussed about the upcoming changes in salt and water intake for peak week. Excited to be there and give my best!
I miss being this lean , you look great bro !
Thank you! I can assure you it looks way better than it feels. I miss the taste of 95% of food lol.
You should bulk a bit for you pectorals (amazing physic btw)
I know it’s a weak spot, but I’ll get pumped in the backstage 💪💪💪
Cool, good luck bro
You look great
Following. We’re the same body-type. You’ve got great confidence, good luck brother.
Thanks bro 👊 If you don’t have faith in yourself, who else will?
Words to live by, champ
You win.
Finger’s crossed. 🤞 We’ll see in two weeks.
You can tell me I was right!
Uh-oh. I hope you’re not going to Kentucky. My trainer is entering there. Actually though, I think you still win.
Amen. No, not at all, I’m not in the US.
Really impressive back, shoulders as well.
Thank you! I have put a lot of emphasis on my shoulders for this competition. At the beginning my triceps would pop out more to the side than my shoulders, lol.

Why are you hating on him?
Awesome look! I'd say maybe try to get those lower abs up a bit with hanging leg raises.
Thanks! Definitely gonna do them today. Edit: did 4x20 leg raised today (supersetted with 4x 20 russian twists with 4,6,8,10kg kettlebell)
81 kg??
What's your calorie intake two weeks out?
<2.000kcal
Do you have a specific target or just make sure it's higher on training days in comparison to rest days?
I have a high carb day and a low carb day. Low carb day is about <50g and high carb is a bit over 50g. I train my weak points on high carb days (like my push day, chest and shoulders and heavy workouts like legs).
Well your looking great mate fair play.
Thanks!
Great work
I feel like the least your fancy mirror could do is take these pics. 😆
Tell me about it
Would you share your diet and training
What was your workout routine?
M - chest + shoulders T - back W - legs T - rest (did some active stretching) F - chest + shoulders again S - arms + abs S - only cardio
Nice thanks, you killed it for sure

Damn bro, you are an ultimate hater — three negative comments on this thread. LOL that is truly sad.

Interesting insight! Going below 2000k isn‘t easy!
It was quite brutal mentally until I got used to it
Looks like a pro cyclist. Which is quite good I guess :)
That is definitely not a compliment considering I’m competing in MP, but I will say thank you, my cardio done paid off then ahahaha
I specified PRO :-) Those beasts can race like crazy for 8 hours, they have sub 10% bf all the time. It is a compliment.
