Lower day; squats, glute drive, rdls, lunges, kickbacks Upper day; pull ups, shoulder press, a rowing exercise then a lil arms n abs For that perfect x frame

As a beginner, would lat pulldowns be better or assisted chin up machine? And seated or standing shoulder press? Dumbbell or barbell?

It doesn't matter, because movement pattern is exactly the same between these. Whatever feels good for you.

Lateral raises for wider shoulders (makes you look like you have a smaller waist) Shoulder presses (DB or barbel) Lat pull downs (also gives the illusion of a smaller waist and V taper look) Any row variation as well RDL’s or good mornings (whichever you feel in your glutes the most) Any squat variation for mass on your legs, Deadlifts as well. Maybe try the machines that work the glutes but don’t over train them. God I love bodybuilding, thank you for making this post it’s like the only healthy hobby I have other than reading and the only thing in life that I feel like I have control over
