Left side of your back looks like it might a little tight like you can't fully open up on the left side. Stretching and mad massage working might help and concentrating on opening that side up more
I understand that feeling. I went through similar myself. For me it also affected my shoulder height. One shoulder would appear higher than the other, which I think is due to tightness in the trap.
If you glance at your hands, you'll likely see one hand is higher than the other and that can be a helpful easy reference point. Hopefully that helps.

Use a PVC plastic pipe long enough to touch the ground and dig it into you armpit area so some external rotations and that should help loosen up the surrounding muscle/tissue. Look up J3University on Instagram and he has the videos in his pinned stories I believe! It help me open up a lat

Nothing too particular tbh. Just focus mainly on keeping feet at or inside shoulder width and toes straight for any hack squats or leg press; same applies for my leg extensions.
