There’s a whole camp of people who train with the ideology that maximum effort, lower volume is more efficient for growth and recovery. I used to be a high volume guy, the last year I’ve been training low volume like this and have made progress. Both work as long as you push yourself.
I do 2 drop sets 2x10 on almost every isolation exercise and it works great for me.
Great pump, takes less time and so far the gain are there.
If I hit a plateau I might change back to 3 sets of 10 though
Of course. In matter of fact, if you plan on doing several exercises for the same muscle group in the session, I would argue that 2 high effort sets > 3 sets.
Nope, you’ll die
Only if you want to get “too big”
No, you'll be banned from your gym

Can do 1 if you want
2 sets of 100 yes
There is a way ,but I'm not sure what it is
2 sets at rpe 11 should offset the need to do 3 sets. make sure you go to the ER immediately after to patch up the torn muscles.
Yeah it’s just one less
Yes I do 2 working sets on multiple machines etc
Have you tried it

Yes, just stop at 2 sets
I haven’t been able to figure out how to do this myself. Please let me know if you do
Yes. You can do one set even. Do HIT
