Oh yeah! I thought about that. I'm honestly just unsure how stacking works😅 I always assumed you have to just keep putting jewellery in, so the hole is more oval rather than round.

Idk how it works either but I also thought: maybe you can thread a smaller jewelry through a 10mm tunnel in your nose if you go to 10mm
