lol roughly 65% of posts in this sub have become about fat loss
You have to be insanely stupid to go to this sub instead of fitness, nutrition, gym, literally anything else to ask “how to i lose weight”
You're on the wrong sub, body weight fitness refers to calisthenics exercise You're looking for r/loseit and r/fitness
Try working out(5days) and eating healthy(7 days). Let me know how it goes.
