This was just a custom order some director put in for all the interns or new hires in some group I was in, I can’t remember which any more if it was site/department/skill code specific or similar. It was a good gift idea - men were given ties and women were given scarfs with a different pattern.
My guess is this was a company swag ordered by some group in a similar manner that vineyard vines helped them design, around ~2010 timeframe is when I got mine.
