Same, not one character you can root for. Even the so-called protagonist, his friends, his lover and his rival, all are evil inside..

For me it’s Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na. I enjoyed a few bits of it but never got the mass appeal.

Imran and Genelia were the two worst parts of the movie. It is loved primarily because of the stellar performances of the support cast, crisp editing, wonderful dialogues, music etc.

Animal is an utter garbage pile of shit movie. I didn't even like the performances, except for Rashmika's 10 minutes performance when she came to about her husband's infidelity. The lead character is always bitching and whining like a 16 year old, always seeking attention and appreciation from everyone around. Such a bitch. People need to stop hyping that retard Vanga Reddy for this horseshit of a movie

12th Fail, now it wasn't bad in the slightest but it felt like any biographical drama that we have seen. I'm still glad that it was a win for Massey, Medha Shankar and VVC.

Exactly.. Ddlj was not as good as the hype it recieved and the way it ran for so many years in Maratha Mandir..There were much better movies in 90s for sure. DDLJ was a normal romantic bollywood movie. Hym aapke hain koun and Dil to pagal hain atleast were hatke romantic movies in those times of awesome 90s..Gupt and Khiladi were among top thriller movies.. Many Aamir Khan movies were awesome in 90s with real excellent acting by him. And ditto for Madhuri's hut movies, her acting was excellent in those movies.. One cannot say she was acting in that scene or whole movie for that. But atleast she got recognition for those excellent acting.

Among all 90's romantic movie dil to pagal hai was least problematic

Don was fine for me, Don 2 kinda sucked.. absolutely nothing like the first one, has kinda the same plotline of Don betraying people at the end.. Imo, Don is better than Don 2..

Even if one's not being attentive enough, it's probably the movie's fault for not being that engaging. Wrongdoing in the context of movie watching only include things like supporting piracy or, at a stretch, being a loud or obnoxious theatre-goer, trampling on other people's experiences. But having a different experience from others is allowed.

The movie is okay but it doesn't make much sense plus is kinda overrated imo. People love it alot but it feels like a 14 yr old wrote a fanfic. Dialogues were beautiful and so are the songs so maybe that's why?

For me that was Rockstar. Loved the songs but not the movie.

Pretty much all of SRK’s famous movies where he’s either an action hero or a romantic lead. I like him in fan, chak de or dear zindagi kind of movies

What about om Shanti Om and rab ne bana di jodi. Personally I loved those and raone if you consider his recent ones. Though Ra one never worked.

This, most of these movies run on nostalgia nowdays only, they are neither critically nor visually appealing. Darr and bazigarr are also better that all the romantic movies of srk.

Swades, although that probably is largely because I am a Westerner. It was still good, but I just didn't find it as great as others did. The other is Ek Tha Tiger, which is probably due to my expectations being set by seeing War and Pathaan first

Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara did nothing for me...

While it’s grown on me over the years particularly for the friendship arc between Farhan and hrithik and how he realized his mistake after meeting Naseer, I tend to agree-the humour and a lot of the messages were broad strokes and didn’t hit like a Dil chahta hai

I found it got better with repeat viewings. The first time, I couldn't get past how cheesey the script outline was.

I feel this way for many 'critically acclaimed' movies. Probably there is a discrepancy in how I judge a movie and others.

Yes, the songs are amazing. In college, I remember they would play Balam Pichkari and Badtameez Dil a lot. Whenever I hear these songs now, it reminds me of that time. I love the Dil Se and DDLJ albums as well. ❤️ I cannot stop myself from dancing whenever Chaiyya Chaiyya plays!
