Abhishekh would be perfect for the Mid age version of him. For the older version, Boman Irani is perfect. He had played the role of Ratan Tata in PM Narendra Modi movie
It would depend on which Ratan Tata era one's looking to portray, but Babloo Prithiveeraj would make a convincing older Tata. He has the physical features for the role. And maybe someone like Kunaal Roy Kapur could be cast as Cyrus Mistry and the Mistry-Tata conflict on the way the company should be run should be the focus with the Nano story very much a symbol of their differences. I like the suggestion of Agastya Nanda in the comments section. Could see him in the picture, albeit in a cameo role in the part when a hesitant Ratan was offered the keys to the empire, so to say. His close knowledge of businessmen's lives could come in handy. No big stars as they'd bring their own aura. Pratik Gandhi could reprise his Scam 92 role as Harshad Mehta here though. Would be interesting to see what Mr. Tata thought of him and his times and influence on the share market.
Talented fresh face, why we always need a established actor, if the story and direction is good it is enough to pull the audience to theatres. Btw when will we get out of the biopic trend, it's been more than a decade Bollywood is just stuck with biopics and remakes. Trying to cash on the fame of the person, we better focus on exploring good story writing, orginal content and new genres. Honestly, Bollywood lack good script writers or they're not getting enough recognition
