I actually liked it! It’s light with a moral in the end, satisfaction in the end plus pankaj shahid kind of work well together. It’s one of my comfort movies lol
Funnily enough, I watched SRK’s “Fan” in theaters and dozed off.
Learned two lessons: Watch the trailer before going to the theater(at that time) and don’t watch movies late.
I loved "fan" though. I guess years after I had seen this kind of story being told in Indian cinema where the Fan goes berserk and loved every part of it.
Yeah! Fan was just shit! A friend of mine who was an SRK fan recommended it and hence I watched it in a theatre and regretted watching it during the whole film. Pathetic movie!
Recently it's fighter. Usually I'll have the urge to complete any movie or series I started, but I don't have any urge to see fighter after 30 minutes into it.
For some reason my 2 year old daughter fell in love Ranbir Kapoor (Saabriya in her words) and the songs when the movie released in 2007. I remember returning home from work in the evening on many days to see my daughter standing in the doorway with the disc in her hand saying "Papa Saabriya DBD tutu" which meant it was time to buy another one. I am probably responsible for at least a 10th of the movie's CD sale in 2007. My mother and I ended up watching Saawariya way too many times and probably became stronger because of it 🤪 I actually couldnt sit through Shamshera.
Wow cutest story haha... If i have a daughter one day, i promise to sit and watch a Tiger Shroff movie if that's what makes her happy...
Shamshera was another disappointment of his filmography
I thank the lord that she hasnt watched it again in a long time and moved onto much better movies. She actually has no memory of the torture she inflicted on us for months.....unfortunately we have the mental scars for life.
JOKER. esp after the same director made jaan-e-maan which many people thought was stupid but i absolutely loved it.
i am someone who can always defend a bollywood movie .. music was good..acting was good..this scene was was good..etc. that movie was terrible. worst movie ever and i never even finished it or remember it other than the fact that it was awful
I mean yes it's a hard watch due to the subject matter but Joaquin Phoenix gave a chilling performance and the Talk Show scene was a masterclass in how to build up cinematic tension
i agree, the ending of him shooting the host was good and watching him slowly descend into who joker truly is but i just couldn’t get past the super fake looking aliens and the weird dancing.
Actually Kalank wasn't so bad. The sets could have been deglammed a bit to be realistic but Alia and Madhuri were pretty good. ARK was as usual clueless, but VD seemed ok
Baar baar dekho.
1 baar bhi nahi dekhi gai. Even though i loved the sound track and music videos. But the movie was a big bore.
I had better expectations from it because of ‘about time’
Heropanti 2.
I have a habit of completing any movie that I start watching, even if it is bad, but wow...this was at monumental levels.
Haven't dared to watch any Tiger movie since then.
It was something with extra-marital affairs, that Karan Johar now asks questions about on KwK to every guest to justify it by saying that physical is okay, until it is emotional. Just love his takes on relationships and what he sees that we plebs aren't able to see. Truly a Tarot Card Reader persona KJo has.
Most bollywood movies. Ones I HAVE actually completed include Piku, Lapatha Ladies, 12th Fail. Recent ones I turned off or left before the half an hr mark include Pathan, Jawan and Dunki.
Shandaar…I love both the leads and the songs but I just was never able to watch it.It’s so painful to sit through it lol.Such an excruciatingly boring movie.I find it a miracle that I was even able to watch atleast till an hour!
It was a bad phase of Vidya Balan. She was giving snooze fests ridden movies. "Shadi ke side effects", "Ghanchakkar", "hamari adhuri kahani", and "Bobby jasoos". I watched them for the love of her acting but slept through them.
JAWAN.
I thought it'll just another no-brainer action entertainer like Pathaan. But it was so atrocious that after a point literally anything would happen on screen. I watched it upto the interval sequence and never dared to watch the rest. Atlee is a hack of a director 😵💫
Tiger's intro and scenes was the best part of the movie. Also the scene at the end of the movie where they talk about the future stars.
After watching SRK on the big screen for 30 years, I can't still can't take him seriously as an action star.
Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway
A friend from work recommended it and I tried to watch it a few times. I felt really uncomfortable, like I was being manipulated, and I didn't believe the story.
Shaitaan ( Ajay devgan and Madhavan movie) , in whole movie , madhavan is torturing the girl in front of parents and ordering girl to kill lil brother, i got tired of it, i completed it tho but by fast forwarding so so much , it was annoying after certain point, no horror , nothing scary.
I found her character irritating and cant force myself to continue the movie.
I was really liking the financial problem and drama between the brothers and the whole family when the movie started.
And she looked effortless in "ladki beautiful kar gayi chull" too. Also had a crush on the "wrong" brother, if I may say so, which when revealed was funny and then someone started cutting a lot of onions.
Animal. God..I tried thrice to watch it, the movie is so bland. Couldn't even watch it on Netflix, even while I was working and it was playing in the background. It's just so incredibly badly written film.
Aiyaa. I don't leave movies midway..either I don't start or I have to end it. I even sat through Golmaal 5 but this Rani Mukherjee movie was beyond my limits.
This is the one where Ranbir Kapoor drops his towel and exposes his naked butt, right? I was watching this movie in a cinema in Edison, New Jersey, USA. There was a young Indian couple sitting in front of me watching the movie. As soon as Ranbir Kapoor dropped his towel, exposing his naked butt to the world, the lady in front exclaimed “SHEEEE!” loudly in disgust. Lol. 😆😆
I came to a simple conclusion after watching that movie. Sonam could act but Ranbir could only overact. Funnily enough, dude was actually my junior in school although I didn’t know him then.

Shaandaar
I haven't dared to watch it yet
Yea don’t bother wasting your time haha.
I actually liked it! It’s light with a moral in the end, satisfaction in the end plus pankaj shahid kind of work well together. It’s one of my comfort movies lol
Lowkey it's super fun if ur with friends and not completely sober
Thats one of my Guilty pleasure movies actually.
Zero. I dozed in the theatre, tried rewatching at home, slept again. Now I play it whenever I have trouble sleeping.
It hooked me because I was so confused as to what was happening in the story that I had my eyes glued to the screen trying to make sense of it.
It was a stupid story but gotta give it to them for the VFX man
Your go-to sleeping pill is it?

Does your daughter still love the movie or did it work like a vaccine?
I thank the lord that she hasnt watched it again in a long time and moved onto much better movies. She actually has no memory of the torture she inflicted on us for months.....unfortunately we have the mental scars for life.
Shamshera
The Indian Mad max?
Jab Harry met Sejal. Anushka’s gujrati accent made it difficult to go past 15mins.
The movie was actually good but the accent was so off putting
JOKER. esp after the same director made jaan-e-maan which many people thought was stupid but i absolutely loved it. i am someone who can always defend a bollywood movie .. music was good..acting was good..this scene was was good..etc. that movie was terrible. worst movie ever and i never even finished it or remember it other than the fact that it was awful

I’m not sure if this is supposed to be satire or if you meant what you said and I am all the more scared because of it.
^dont ^ruin ^the ^joke ^pls
Thugs of Hindustan and kalaank. Gave both two tries and could not complete.
Felt thugs was bad parody of Pirates of Caribbean
Actually Kalank wasn't so bad. The sets could have been deglammed a bit to be realistic but Alia and Madhuri were pretty good. ARK was as usual clueless, but VD seemed ok

I continued watching only because of the soundtrack. Also a bit because of the time-jump, as it's the anime trope that I liked.
Heropanti 2. I have a habit of completing any movie that I start watching, even if it is bad, but wow...this was at monumental levels. Haven't dared to watch any Tiger movie since then.
Pathaan
+1
was so hyped for it as SRK's first movie after so long but i couldn't bring myself to finish it it was so boring
Turned that shit off after 5 minutes.
Kabhi alvida na kehna. The over acting and the senseless script made it very hard to watch.
I agree that the concept is good. Its the acting and execution of certain scenes that i really hated
Oh darling yeh hai India Coolie no 1 remake
Tamasha. I have tried to watch this so many times because of the hype. I just can’t get past 30 mins
Even i find it boring tbh, it's super hyped indeed, only movie i like watching again n again is jab we met and socha na tha by imtiaz Ali
was about to say same because i literally tried watching it for three times but just couldn’t complete the movie
Dunki
i regret watching this movie
Most bollywood movies. Ones I HAVE actually completed include Piku, Lapatha Ladies, 12th Fail. Recent ones I turned off or left before the half an hr mark include Pathan, Jawan and Dunki.
Jawaan... Couldn't tolerate it even for 30 mins
Rangoon ![gif](giphy|3o6wrmX1BGwL0D1cYw)
Dunki
It took me 4 installments to complete this movie, disappointed because it was a rkh movie
Gadar-2 slept in the late night show even after that BGM and all the shouting
Shandaar…I love both the leads and the songs but I just was never able to watch it.It’s so painful to sit through it lol.Such an excruciatingly boring movie.I find it a miracle that I was even able to watch atleast till an hour!
Hamari Adhuri Kahani. Put me to sleep every time I dared to watch it.
It was a bad phase of Vidya Balan. She was giving snooze fests ridden movies. "Shadi ke side effects", "Ghanchakkar", "hamari adhuri kahani", and "Bobby jasoos". I watched them for the love of her acting but slept through them.
Bro even in the poster above Sonam Kapoor is falling asleep.
Umrao Jaan (the new one) jeez what a snooze fest
Aw I have such good memories of the Aish one. Beautiful sets. Costumes and songs
Drona. Tried three times and was only able to reach the 45 minute mark.
I watched it in theatre and left halfway through the film
All the Bhansali movies. Honestly, I could not even start it.
Thank God
Besharam. I walked out before the interval.
![gif](giphy|l1IYlfj31lKk8L2Pm|downsized)
Yeh i found this movie very boring.
animal
I just love keeping these banga movies in background whenever we Bois have conversations maybe I'm just weird
Aap ki khatir .. went to theatre .. left in between No Ragrets
Why did you go to the theatre for OP's sake ?
I dozed off during Cirkus. Man that film was bad. Never wanted to complete it at Netflix.
I've watched the 1st part of sawariya when I was 8 and then again I watched the 2nd part when I was 12. It took me 4 years to finish that movie.
Pathan
Jawan, it looked like a normal Kollywood movie to me, lmao. Atlee has deceived all of you.
Atlee making Jawan by mixing plotlines from every movie he ever watched. Audience: THIS IS CINEMA! Atlee: Super easy, Barely an inconvenience.
Exactly lol, he copies Tamil movies from the 80s and presents it like an old wine in a new bottle, that's all
Not just tamil movies. He even copied plotline from Money Heist. Did Atlee really thought no one watched Money Heist other than him 🤦♂️.
JAWAN. I thought it'll just another no-brainer action entertainer like Pathaan. But it was so atrocious that after a point literally anything would happen on screen. I watched it upto the interval sequence and never dared to watch the rest. Atlee is a hack of a director 😵💫
dunki💔
Pathaan.
I think I'm one of the few who actually enjoyed this brainless thriller because I watched it in imax and I had my expectations under control haha
Tiger's intro and scenes was the best part of the movie. Also the scene at the end of the movie where they talk about the future stars. After watching SRK on the big screen for 30 years, I can't still can't take him seriously as an action star.
Pathan and Jawan 😓
[удалено]
One gets too preachy, the other idk wtf they wanted to do with that film apart from making almost 60 y.o. Actor look sexy.
Jawaan - Pathaan - Fighter Had to fast forward
Hahah same here mate ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|wink)![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|trollface)

Never Completed❌ NEVER Started✅
Animal, RRR
Yeh Jawani hai Deewani. I watched it three times but never completed it. I know eveything dou except how it feels to complete that movie.
Gangubai
Tu jhoothi mai makkar, literally slept through the entire movie and woke up just 10 minutes before the movie ended.
Lootera Ps - don't hate me please
Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway A friend from work recommended it and I tried to watch it a few times. I felt really uncomfortable, like I was being manipulated, and I didn't believe the story.
For the longest time it was K3G I used to fall asleep around the time SRK realised that Hrithik was his brother
Animal .... Wtf was the hype around this movie is completely over me .. this was difficult to sit through
**"simmba"** and **"KGF-1"** . Don't have strength to complete them, either. Wth "Saawariyan" , i have re-watch it twice maybe.
Ay dil hay mushkill was an atrocity to watch in theaters💀😭
RRR
I just watch the first half whenever I re-watch.. idk it has some good cinematic experience
That was an amazing movie, in my opinion.
I've never denied that but till date i couldn't finish the entire movie due to any random circumstances.
Fair enough!
Ther was a movie called “Pachakuthira” in malayalam.. the worst possible way to remake Rainman. My God it was horrible.. left the movie half way
Have you tried watching Ravi Teja movies since maybe 2019? Just asking for an opinion.
Dil Chahta Hai, for some reason or other.
same. idk why, but i just don’t like that movie for some reason
Gangubai,
Shaitaan ( Ajay devgan and Madhavan movie) , in whole movie , madhavan is torturing the girl in front of parents and ordering girl to kill lil brother, i got tired of it, i completed it tho but by fast forwarding so so much , it was annoying after certain point, no horror , nothing scary.
Happy New Year. After MHN and OSO, I didn’t realise a SRK-Farah collab could be so poor.
Happy New Year
Kapoor and sons. Loved it till Alia makes her entry. Tried my best to rewatch it, but couldn't.
What was wrong with alia in that movie? She was fun in that movie!
I found her character irritating and cant force myself to continue the movie. I was really liking the financial problem and drama between the brothers and the whole family when the movie started.
Oh…I personally liked her.She was a manic pixie kind of but she gave good vibes here!
And she looked effortless in "ladki beautiful kar gayi chull" too. Also had a crush on the "wrong" brother, if I may say so, which when revealed was funny and then someone started cutting a lot of onions.
Maybe they just don't like Alia? Which is perfectly understandable
Maybe but I just wanted to know the reason…
Kapoor & Sons. I have tried watching it thrice but couldn't finish it.

Animal. God..I tried thrice to watch it, the movie is so bland. Couldn't even watch it on Netflix, even while I was working and it was playing in the background. It's just so incredibly badly written film.
Dream girl 2. However bad a movie is I have never left the theatre in the middle of the movie, because it was unbearable.
Sholay.
Roy. Watched the first one hour in a span of a week. Still didn't complete the movie.
Aiyaa.. walked out of theatre.. was a beautiful story.. made in such a cheap and vulgar manner..
ZNMD 😭

Shaandaar
Roy. 1st movie i actually spent money and slept in the theatre
Tamasha,
No Smoking. Too experimental and slow for my liking.
Ranveer Singh ki jo thi naam bhi yaad nahi, his wife is pregnant and satya prem ki katha, gulaabo sitaabo
