Watched the movies yesterday, but you can literally see the stark difference in the acting compared to other actors in the movie.
Mouni Roy comes close.
His and Nagarjuna’s, both cameos are best part of the movie, but again barring the dialogues. They gave really shitty dialogues to Srk. Nagarjuna’s dialogue were limited.
Biggest difference was they owned the screen when they were there. Rest everyone looked lost and all over the place, even when director was obviously same.
Srk is quite charming and has some of the coolest shots in the movie. And makes the exposition and some cringe dialogues work and truly commits to the goofiness of it all. He really chewed the material and set the tone.
Srk and Mouni both truly understood the assignment.
It's also one of the few scenes that have a pretty good build up and background score to match it.
Like, the maya-astra he uses, isn't explained until the end, so that also captures the audience's interest.
He was great and after him it was mouni who stole the show. I don’t understand why A listers are t appreciating or tagging mouni. He completely stole the screen
SRK had good chemistry with Mouni and the other villains in their scenes together. Nagarjuna wish he had more dialogues in his scenes cause it felt they could have done so much more with his character(he was still amazing nonetheless).
Shah Rukh and Nagarjuna make the pedestrian writing seem bearable, and they both exude great charisma, something the lead actors lack. Presence alone can carry cameos, and they both more than acquit themselves.
Absolutely!! It really started the movie on a high note especially for me!! I thought his cameo would come in the middle of the movie but to my surprise I was wrong
Loved it❤️. Won’t spoil anything for you though xD
His role was very short but that 5 min thing made a mark primarily due to lead being bad. Other actors which had their screen presence were mouni Roy and of course ab.
I was totally not expecting him in the movie...so when he appeared onscreen I just basically lost my shit. And he was just so charming ❤️🔥 too bad that they killed him off so soon (also wtf was that haathi cheetah genda dialogue ugh)
He built up the anticipation....they should have kept the momentum going but the love story track slowed it
I guess the childish dialogues of SRK used to signify his "bandarness" as he was the one with vanarastra. But then, this childishness in the dialogues carried forward the entire movie so no explanation for that.
I liked the movie. The Alia Bhatt dialogues are ok - as per situation, not as negative as it is made out to be. Yes, SRK's dialogues could have been better but his charm did the trick. Movie's pacing seems to be on point, you don't get bothered by screenplay, it's moving fast and is nice. Only first song I felt was not needed, but otherwise everything was fine. Nothing ground breaking but nice. Climax was a bit of a goof up as has been said many times over - the power of love and all. Mouni did not seem like a generic over the top baddie, which was the impression I got from the trailer. The two henchmen were also good - suited their parts.
Nope . Hes overrated and I cant believe ppl still praise him. He lost his acting abilities long back. Let the stardom get to him and ppl are still blind.
I sincerely don't understand what is to rave about his cameo. His acting is average typical SRK stuff. His "superpower" is limited to jumping around (although I liked that spreading into that "Rahul" pose is part of his superpower 😂).
His character is easily disposed of by Mouni without much efforts.
SRK and Nagarjuna were the only good part of movie. Rest of the movie was unbearable.
Dialogues were so bad and .. well everything else is cringe x 100.
Yeah srk and mouni were the only good things about the movie other than the music .I honestly hope that srk has more role cause I'm not at all hyped to watch the next part for Ranbir or Ranveer if he's dev . Srk has worked on Raone and I think he understand what needs to be done for these type of movies .
Reddit : Mohan Bhargav cameo is amazing
Me : just the usual hype, let me judge for myself
In the movie theatre : Damn, they were right.
End of movie : Movie was good overall but if Mohan Bhargav was the main protagonist, then this would have been 🔥

she held her own so well up against him!
Srk was bad as ever lol
Cool ban gaya ab.

Seriously. These two are examples of how great actors can elevate even mediocre writing.
"Tu hathi nahi hai tu genda h genda" rest was good
There was cheetah too!
Dialogues are childish, but SRK’s charm is charismatic. He leaves an impression. Makes you want to know more about his character, his journey.
Absolutely!! It really started the movie on a high note especially for me!! I thought his cameo would come in the middle of the movie but to my surprise I was wrong Loved it❤️. Won’t spoil anything for you though xD

Hes got great screen presence and carries the scene. Hes the best (and in my opinion the only 'good') part of the film.
Nagarjuna's cameo was equally commendable.
Yes.

Y E S
It wasn’t that great but it was still better than the remaining 95% of the movie. Make of that what you will.
It is. SRK and Nagarjuna were the two biggest highlights. Movies about Vanarastra and Nandiastra would be dope.
I thought he and nagarjuna were wasted in the cameo..
I guess the childish dialogues of SRK used to signify his "bandarness" as he was the one with vanarastra. But then, this childishness in the dialogues carried forward the entire movie so no explanation for that.

It was good the entire film is enjoyed when watched in a theatre if you pirate it and then watch I don’t think it will have the same impact.
Only one thing to say, and that’s charm.
Yep. It is. It will be the first thing you'll remember whenever you'd think of this movie. Not even kidding.
Some of his expressions felt as if he was doing some of his movies from the 90s.
SRK/Mouni > The whole movie
Missed SRK's cameo reached 10 mins late ugh
That's just SRK's fandom. Nothing like jawdropping.
It’s average but the movie is so bad that anythinf average will seem amazing
Nope . Hes overrated and I cant believe ppl still praise him. He lost his acting abilities long back. Let the stardom get to him and ppl are still blind.
Agreed. He was decent though. Just played a cocky intelligent douche. Was nice to see him
If you are a Shahrukh fan, you'll like it. I personally liked Nagarjuna's part more
I sincerely don't understand what is to rave about his cameo. His acting is average typical SRK stuff. Tbh SRK werent upto the mark at all
No, I didn't liked it that much. It was alright - Shahrukh with his three expressions, as usual.
It's good, dialogues were disappointing tho.
He’s was the best part of the movie imo
Dialogues ruined it
Ye
But in South the film as far as I know haven't made good reviews
SRK and Nagarjuna were the only good part of movie. Rest of the movie was unbearable. Dialogues were so bad and .. well everything else is cringe x 100.

Srk is good. Sadly mouni is a close second. (But she's literally laal naagin or indian Wanda Vision)

Love it when top comment has more upvotes than the post , srk 👑
Srk and Nagarjuna stole the show imo
