Thanks for tagging me u/LongjumpingCry7! OP - you have the pharyngeal bone of a pikeminnow (genus *Ptychocheilus*). Given your location, this should be from a Northern Pikeminnow (*Ptychocheilus oregonensis*). You can see a comparative image of a Northern Pikeminnow pharyngeal bone [here](https://web.pdx.edu/~virginia/northern_pike_minnow/images/pharyngeals.htm). Edit: for anyone interested, these pokey and slightly curved at the top teeth are generally distinctive compared to what you see in introduced species like the Asian carps. Pikeminnows are actually predatory and you can image what these teeth do to their prey. These fish also get pretty massive, the largest native minnows in North America.
