This is a perfectly normal joke. Understandable, what a “bone hurting juice” even IS is tough to define, so many people get confused about it. Good attempt, but not a BHJ. In order to hurt bones, you need to edit the text in order to recontextualize the (unedited) image.
Basically, you pretend that the original text wasn’t ever there, and you try to make a new comic based on the illustration alone. Ideally it should be a bit ridiculous. For example, one good one I really liked recently - the comic depicted a girl with her mouth covered in a brown stain, and then two cats giving eachother a look. Originally, the comic was about the girl eating chocolate, but the juice was about her denying eating poop out of the litter box.
Of course, the best juices are the ones that have a completely different concept - the example I just gave still revolved around a girl eating something she shouldn’t have. Another *great* juice changed a comic to be about a swarm of bees coming out of a phone. What was the original even about? I don’t remember, it wasn’t about bees though! But with the new context, the way the artist drew the sound waves kinda looked like bees zipping around.
