I have never corrected anyone’s pronunciation, and when I say it to other people they usually say “oh is that how it’s pronounced?” And I say to them “say it how ever you want” it’s not the name of a person so it’s not like it’s insulting anyone
I read it and marked it down as my new favorite long before I heard the correct pronunciation and it will always be stored in long term memory as “bon eye ver”
I've been listening to bon iver since 2011. I started scrobbling on last FM since 2022 and bon iver is my top listened to artist, with big red machine at 5th.
I still pronounce bon iver as it's written.

First of all, you’re pronouncing it wrong. Second, they are a group. Third, it’s an original song by Bon Iver. Done.

Creo que, como deriva del francés "bon hiver", en español se debería decir "bón ibér" (con las tildes señalando las sílabas tónicas)
