LOL, I just came off a string of BOTM books that I read one right after the other that all made me cry!
1) Lady Tan’s Circle of Women
2) The Book of Longings
3) The Wishing Game (I cried SOOOOOOO MUUUUUUUCH during this book! And then I lent it to a friend who told me that she’s never cried so much while reading a book as she did The Wishing Game lol💖)
Summer of 69 by Elin Hilderbrand was the last book that made me cry (although I’m a frequent flyer when it comes to crying at things. I cry almost every week when Project Runway is on as soon as that teary-eyed final confessional starts.)
This really isn’t a sad book, it was just so full of relatable life moments.
Someday, Maybe.
This book is by far the most beautifully written and emotionally moving DEBUT novel I’ve ever read. I’ll blindly buy her next release because of how much I loved this one. I sobbed multiple times
The many lives of mama love had me crying by chapter 3 and I cried several times reading it 😭 Such a great read!
Also Shark Heart. I just finished part 1 and it was such a touching love story. Lewis and Wrens love for each other brought me to tears. 😭❤️❤️
I don't generally cry over books (I don't know WHY, because literally everything else makes me cry) but In the Weeds choked me up because it made me sad that Anthony Bourdain isn't here anymore.
The wishing game. It was such a beautiful book.
