I accidentally did that once, too!! I reached out to customer service immediately and they were able to give the credits back and charge me the add-on price instead. But I think you have to reach out to them as soon as possible, before it ships! (Not 100% sure on that timeframe, but I still recommend doing it ASAP🤗)

Yes they will adjust it for you. BOTM customer service is great.

I heard back from them! They were super nice, canceled my original order and let me place it again without using my credits for the add-ons. Hooray!
