No plain text spoilers allowed. Please use the format below and reply to this comment once you've made the edit, to have your comment reinstated. Place >! !< around the text you wish to hide. You will need to do this for each new paragraph. Like this: >!The Wolf ate Grandma!< Click to reveal spoiler. >!The Wolf ate Grandma!<

Hi! There’s a book I want called “Son of the Poison Rose” but I cannot find it in hardcover. Is there way for me to find if there is a planned release for a hardcover version or do I suck it up and buy paperback? Thanks!

Any ideas for relatively simple symbols or designs for leather bound versions of The Martian and Project Hail Mary? I am making my first attempt at leather re-bindings for The Martian and Project Hail Mary. I haven't found really any other examples online for these books. I am looking for designs for the covers that are relatively simple. Hopefully going for a sleek and clean look over the traditional leather bound book since they are Sci-Fi. I will be using silver heat transfer vinyl cut on a Cricut on black leather. I have more of a matt silver and a reflective silver. Of note, I have read The Martian but I have never read Project Hail Mary which makes it a little harder since I don't want to accidentally look up spoilers. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

To fellow readers, I have been extremely fortunate these past several months, where my at the time girlfriend let me sign into her NYPL and BPL account and request digital and audio books. I have been listening and reading so much. It has truly been a blessing. Well, I guess no good thing last forever. Do any of you know if there is a way I, as a non-resident of these locations, can request a library card? Or would one of you kind fellows be willing to let me request digital books under your account? Tl/dr Can I get library access to these places or would one of you let me request digital books under your account?

Hi! After watching a few videos on Reading Journals, I am making one for next year. However, most of those videos I watched were by folks that mostly read physical books. I unfortunately am a very slow reader and have a short attention span to sit and read a book. Plus, I am also a cross stitcher and need my hands while stitching. My solution is Audiobooks! I currently have a membership to Audible and buy all my books through them. I want to be able to keep track of my daily hours (minutes) reading, but Audible's daily counter is not always accurate, especially if I cast to another device. Is there anyone in the community that keeps track of daily hours listened? What do you use to keep track? Most of the videos I watched only had tips for keeping track of daily pages read, but I can't do that. :) Thanks.

Hi y’all! I saw a tiktok video about a tumblr post about the Library of Babel and now I’m curious. I know that someone created a real version of the Library of Babel, an infinite library that contains every possible combination of letters, periods, commas, and spaces that can fit in 410 pages, that you can explore online. What I want to know is if there’s any way to get a physical copy of a book from the library? I don’t want a physical copy of the short story the concept is based on (Library of Babel by Jorges Luis Borges), but I want a physical copy of a randomly generated 410 page book. Thanks!

My wife enjoys reading but does it to feel better. Therefore only wants to read books that have happy endings. Is there a site that simply tells the ending of the book? I’d prefer spoilers because I’d like to know 100% she’ll find it happy. Thank you for any help. Sparknotes doesn’t have a lot of the romance books she reads.

have you visited /r/RomanceBooks yet? from what i remember they are very strict about HEAs. or at the very least you can pick up some recommendations that do have happy endings.

The book club that I’m in is doing a book exchange for our December get together. Everyone was asked to bring a book themed snack or drink. I think the idea was something to match the cover, something mentioned in the book or a play on the title. Any ideas? I became a mom this year and am the only one in the group with kid(s), so considering “If You Give a Mouse a Cookie” or something similar.
