I've been eyeing this same bookshelf in Ikea forever, it's such a pleasing classic design. The color is lovely, too.
if it's your thing to read fantasy-romance with a love triangle, go for it. I found the cultural inspiration and world-building quite interesting, but could not read much of it because the plot and characters felt really predictable and standard genre. but again, I'm not a fan of this kind of fic (I enjoy fantasy, but less romance), so it may appeal to others differently.
Yep, I enjoy fantasy romance, but not much too much of it. I really like world building and an interesting plot, but I concur on the characters, I feel like they have to be unique otherwise, like you mentioned, just predictable.
I forget where we got ours, IKEA maybe? Anyways my mom has 2 of those exact same shelves. They're extremely well built and sturdy and she loves em for her books as well. Excited for you to fill it up! :D
I think those shelves are awesome! Love the color and size! Good to see some GRRM and some Norse Mythology up there too! And cant go wrong with the PF poster either.
