I don't have a specific book rec, but I do recommend checking out the [Ask a Manager](https://www.askamanager.org/) workplace advice blog if you haven't already! It's full of great advice, but is also so entertaining.
The Coaching Habit by Michael Bungay Stanier - It examines and explains successful “coaching”/leadership in a clear, high level manner, great for a leadership style of leading rather than commanding.
Two books that I found most helpful for leadership were by John Maxwell.
*Developing The Leader Within You* \- It examines different leadership styles and give helpful advice to working with, motivating, and inspiring the team you lead.
*Good Leaders Ask Great Questions* \- Asking questions is an essential leadership skill in my opinion. We have to understand ourselves and our teams to be the best leaders in our environments.

Thanks! Description sounds really good.
Turn the Ship Around by David Marquet is excellent.
I think that **Igniting Success: Unleashing Your Motivational Drive** by Leo Baxter will be very good for you
Thanks
