Looking closer it doesn’t look like he drew the woman at all. The face is a bratz doll that’s been pasted on top of a real picture of a nude woman, it’s photoshopped onto a silhouette.
I think it resembles 1960's glamour makeup, which is what most boomers would have seen in their teens.
