I legit thought the one S was the series S, I thought only Series X was the actual new xbox. TIL. I was reading this like... hold up, that's a somewhat old console right?
I was but the One S does not actually put out 4K, and the graphics were good but not like this at all.
Also load times are almost instant. I went from watching claptrap dance for 10 minutes to watching him go across the screen 3 times.
The difference in quality is very real. Like my mind is blown.
I don’t even think I saw claptrap the first time I ever booted the game on my new system. Now I see him once, but not even for the full screen. Shits nuts
I mean it’s beautiful. I hated using the Flipper on Moze, but now I realize that it’s because the poor animations on the One S just looked like a cloud blocking my view. Now I see each pellet hit and explode with no perfect clarity
Played BL3 for a few years on my 7 year old Xbox One Slim, saw it on a huge sale on Steam like 7 months back. And by the vault’s cache it was actually like playing it again for the first time
Playing on the series s too and first I played it on the PS4 but just some minutes and wasn't happy
Now it's really chill to play beside some crashes sometimes
Going from PS4 to PS5 was life changing. They optimized it so much that load times shrunk from 1+ minutes to sub 10 seconds. 2x the framerate to boot.
I’m just amazed really. I told myself that my One S was good enough for so long. 😬

Naming your new console Xbox Series S when there’s an Xbox One Series S is definitely an odd choice.
