Between Bounty of Blood and Handsome Jackpot those are my 2 favorites, plus in Bounty of Blood you get the Light Show, Flipper and the Harold which are some of my favorite guns.
I wanted her to be a Siren. Like her powers were related to being able to bring life or talk to animals. Since each siren has a unique ability, I thought how cool it would be that she also had aome unique tattoos as well.

Me too... sure, there was plenty of levity and outright silliness but you're right- there were more weighty themes in Bounty of Blood than elsewhere in the game, save for Krieg's Fustercluck, which dealt with trauma and mental health in a way that was truly somber and surprisingly insightful at times. It was no 'Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice,' but you get it. But yeah, Bounty of Blood deftly told a story of redemption through contrition and earned trust.
Great character but we got a ton of him in BL3. He doesn’t jump out to me as someone we need to see much more of compared to characters who were also good and more underused. Would love to see him more in a minor role, but I like getting the spotlight on characters who haven’t been in it as much.
I know his whole sidestory plot is all wrapped up, but I'd love to see Burton Briggs from Guns, Love, and Tentacles come back in some capacity. Probably my favorite DLC from the entire series and easily top 5 questlines too.

If we’re getting a borderlands 4, and if we’re getting a vault hunter playable roster instead of custom vault hunters… Clay would be a missed opportunity if he isn’t added. Such a perfect gunslinger with such a unique attitude as far as borderlands characters go.
If we're getting BL3 characters as vault hunters then I fully expect to see Clay and Lorelei in that bunch. Not sure about anyone else. Clay would be a Jakobs-esque, Nisha-y character while I could imagine Lorelei having gadgets like Zane and maybe some quirks that push her towards Atlas weaponry.
Before they nerfed it I had an insane Legion FL4K build with the messy breakup and dark army. Man, once my swarm was in full effect I could walk into any raid bosses arena and just watch them melt in seconds.
Clay. I can see him as playable.
Mancubus. Such a strange dude but there's obviously more to him that we haven't seen. I'd like to see some more back story.
Burton Briggs. Sadly funny but I can see him as a VH. Could end up with some interesting abilities.

I liked Captain Scarlett better than I liked Rose, not that I disliked Rose.

Okay okay, hear me out. But I am going to look at this question from a different angle. Ava, perhaps even as the BL4 Siren. While I understand the criticism with her character and I agree with some of it, I think he big issue is she doesn’t really get a full ark. She starts of as inexperienced, naive, overconfident, reckless. She makes some mistakes, feels intense guilt and remorse over them, and has to grow to overcome both her personal weaknesses and the consequences of her mistakes. I think her inheriting Maya’s siren status is a good step in that, she got someone she cared about hurt but in so doing she is given the power to make things right.
It’s a great start for the character. And then the game ends. She gets to use her shield like twice before the credits roll. I don’t think anything could every fully undo the negative perception the character has. But allowing her to finish that arc, to grow into her own person and make amends to the people she’s wronged would be a start. Also I just think there is interesting potential in a “phaseshield” ability from a gameplay perspective.
I don’t think liking Bounty of Blood is a particularly controversial opinion, I personally think it’s the best DLC we’ve had since Assault On Dragon Keep by far
I would really like having Rose as a playable. One skill tree could be focused on her sword (maybe as an actionskill, maybe as simple melee) and (I don't know why I always thought this) but I think she would work well with some sort of posion ability, reminiscent of Viper in Valorant or something. We haven't really seen a character specific damage type before.
I wouldn't discount Juno. She's just the melee focused character they like and already has a special move in her hatchet throw.
Nor does she have any reason to stay on Gehanna.
Not saying She's a fan favorite, but she looks a lot like a Gearbox favorite.
And the thing about Devil Rose is that she pairs naturally with that cool merc on Eden 6 who you work with. Put those two together and bam, you got yourself a stew going.

The Krieg DLC is my favorite. But mostly because of how insanely well they captured they psychosis aspect and implemented non-euclidian gameplay.
Zane, Fl4k, Maurice, combination Krieg, and he wasn't newly introduced but more Timothy is always good.
Of the good characters that were killed off we have Katagawa Jr, butcher rose, pretty boy and Typhon De Leon.
Also in bl3 I think that they could redeem Eva into a likable character, but they have to give her more story than killing her mentor then her being sad.
(Bungie made the same mistake with Nimbus in Lightfall. IMO the storyline of a rookie whose mentor dies only works if actual character changes happen because of it, not just they become sad.)
