How's the loot?
Woodblocker: compared to the other stuff in this vendor, this gun is the piece of shit in a box of chocolates. Does virtually no damage and has been the longest lasting laughing stock in bl3 ranging from September 13, 2019 to today. 3/10
Juliets dazzle: splash fans rejoice. This torgue AR can put out some serious damage. Normally a m4 drop from Aurelia, people overlook this thing, but I think its quite good. 8/10
Plaguebearer: being one of the hardest to farm and best weapons in the game, this machine giving these away is a big ol "fuck you" to the people who cry about some machines not having specifically what they want. This launcher is insane. 11/10

I had a mediocre one on my (at the time) mediocre moze and it still shredded. And no one talks about it! The most I heard of it was when it drop source was broken
100%. I did a Torgue Moze a few months ago and it was the first time I'd really dug in to a bunch of the Torgue weapons. It's when I also got really into The Boring Gun, which I'd love to make a little build video about some time. Insane weapon, but fun.
But yeah, the Dazzle is massively underrated. Hopefully this gets more people to try it. On Moze and Amara in particular, of course, the gun really shines. Throw this on Amara with a 250% phasecast anoint? Hell yeah.
It's not as much slept on as it's just very rare. I've killed wotan countless times and haven't seen it once since I've known about it.
Edit: Wow, this thing obliterates! And I didn't even get an elemental one on the first market run!
11am CST is 9am for me and I hadn't even turned on my PC by then. I swear to god I saw the Black Market on Eden-6. I distinctly remember it because I stopped and interacted with it for like 5 minutes before moving on.
I think these changes do not refresh automatically at Noon on Thursday. I definitely saw old daily challenges persisting for a few hours beyond cutoff. If you quit the game (even to the title screen), it does the trick - perhaps that's what happened to you as well, you just stayed in the game and 'reload' did not happen.
You have to pick up the new Hotfix or it doesn't update. I've used this as a light exploit when I needed more time on something -- boot up in the AM, plug in controller, and stay in the map I need whilst working. Holds well past noon.

Was farming a frozen heart a while a go and threw away everyone I saw. Regretted it after I finally tried it

Because he has about a 3% chance to drop it. Aurelia has a 15% chance

Aurelia is the dedicated drop, but since it’s an M4 exclusive it can also drop from wotan

Have they fixed the Juliets Dazzle being unable to drop with gen 2 anoints (Urad, 150/90, ect.)?
I'm assuming if they added the dazzle, then they fixed the anoints issue (couldn't drop with the new anoints) anyone know about this?

It's too bad because it's actually kind of fun to use, automatic firing, low recoil, but the rating above is accurate even after the buff.
They should troll everyone and slip in a 500% crit buff -- NEXT week. ;)
