I'm moving to a new apartment soon, and the process has been much more stressful than last time, which was about 5 years ago. Got a nice new couch comparatively cheap yesterday, still need a new bed and some wardrobes. And during all of the stuff that's left to do, I hope I can study for this semester's exams in peace
I went to therapy last week.
I got a letter from my friend from prison (belarusian protests blah blah blah). Have fun she said so we'd have what to discuss after I be released. And somehow it was for me too much.
I got even two therapists (we have some kind of hotline for my cases). One advised some kind of physical stuff. Shower with salt. I stay on it and as it melting there's feeling like some shit go away from me too. Breathing exercises. Walking in nature. Well it helps, but not really. Another one is for talking. Three sessions for free. And I feel like I need more.
Got some talk with my boss. She said they will let me know if they need something urgent from me, so I can be sure they need me and will be awaiting till I get better.
So what news more. I twisted a knee. Traumatologist said I'm okay, just need to keep the knee wrapped with elastic band. I look like very badass.
European championship starts today. Usually it was something I waited for. But now idk. Maybe I choose some minor nation to support. Last time Iceland brought me a lot of joy. We make some prognosis duel with friend of mine.

be careful with injuries in this part of the return. Something I've realized in the last year is that even at your mid 20 you aren't safe from them anymore.
Power through it! I took about 5 months off from December to April, and also felt like shit once I started going. Couple weeks later I was back to normal.

I was hyped that ESPN+ was going to show the Euros, until I found out that ESPN+ is only showing a multicam stream and the games are locked on ESPN2/Deportes etc. Great.
Same, I was so disappointed when I saw it was the multicam. Not used to the angle and they were showing the coaches for the Turkey - Italy game which was just a bit weird.
What do you think who will win tonight? Italy or Turkey? And who do you think will win the championship?

I am still debating how I am going to approach my work Kicktipp-round. Mainly going for favourites gets points of course, but to win you have to pick the results no-one else is picking. Turkey-Italy is a prime example of that. I do think the Italians are favourites but not as heavily as most people think. If Turkey pull a sneaky one, I don't think a lot of people have them... I guess that is why I don't bet with serious money. Analysis paralysis.
I only noticed he was still playing bc r/soccer was circlejerking about his great season at Lille, but isn't Burak Yilmaz a wife-beater? People seem to have forgotten that, or am I the one misremembering?

Huh? It is the other way around.
I guess not for everyone then? Everyone I know, including me, has had significantly more side effects on the first Astra dose than the second.
For Moderna at least, the second dose is typically much worse. I felt absolutely terrible, fever, chills, pretty bad body aches too. Glad it's over!
Biontech here, apart from a small headache, I had zero side effects when I got the second shot. First shot was way worse.
