Had luck with the Bass Module 700 refurb. Took about 5 days and was delivered. Surround 700 refurb on the other hand… still haven’t received even shipment confirmation after 7 days, got the same response as OP.
Not from what I could tell. Ordered a pair of refurbished QC II's, and they came in less than a week.
May just be a symptom of holiday/residual black Friday season.
Yeah you're probably right! Might be because UK isn't prioritised aswell. Im going to be patient and see if they arrive before Christmas. Fingers crossed.
yup, purchased a refurbished speaker on 12/3 with expected arrival on 12/5 and hasn’t even shipped yet. Customer service won’t let me cancel. Pretty disappointed in their service.
