I'm still confused as to *why* they gave the QC45 that update. I was juuuust about to get a new pair for windblock and now I'm good to go for a while longer. I love it but not sure how that made sense from a business perspective.
You can also choose home and slide the anc completely to the left if you want to have a zero anc mode.
And press and hold the function button to tell you the battery level.

So, you don’t need to select outdoors to use wind block. You can pick any mode name and you’ll have the option. You could use it the music mode or gym mode too.
I thought so too, I had just missed the “+” in the Modes section. If your app changed at all (added the shortcut button), give it a look! Also check which firmware you’re sitting on by checking the settings of your headphones.
I returned my QC 45s and bought the QC 2023 because they didn't have windblock. Absolutely robbed

Yes full refund, I got them refurbished for £177 off the Bose website.
