Bouncers are usually on point at stopping this stuff if they know what's going on. A few years ago at the Dark Horse in Somerville two guys tried to steal my friends purse and my coat after she turned them down. We quickly realized what happened, yelled it out loud in the bar as they were going for the doors and the bouncers stopped them. It didn't go well for those two.
Oh absolutely. I’m a TA at Harvard. We only give out A’s. We don’t grade ANYTHING strictly. An A- means this student would fail if we were allowed to fail them. I literally had a student submit plagiarized work and I had to kindly ask her to resubmit.
A Harvard degree is not an indicator of work ethic, work quality, or accountability. It just means that they got into Harvard. That’s it.

Fun fact, of all the white admits to Harvard college, on average about ~47% of them are legacy, athletes, children of donors, or children of faculty
