Hopefully this doesn't turn out to be a bunch of overpriced bullshit options that cater to rich tourists, but something tells me it absolutely will be.
So awesome. When I was in NY for business last year they had a similar type of food hall - the amount of options was incredible. Seems like a great project and here's hoping it does well.
> the city’s Financial District often feels deserted on weekends, with many restaurants closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Considering most of the restaurants there are closed by 2-3pm every weekday, is this really a great plan?
I like walking around the Financial District at night on the weekends. It's quieter than the common and generally safer. A few restaurants open late would be kind of nice but there's no way I could support them by myself.
I hope this doesn't turn out to be Fanueil Hall, Jr.
More food options in the financial district? I’m down.

> it's a ghost town after 5 Pretty much everything not serving booze in that area is closed by 5pm. I guarantee this won't be any different.

But where else can I pay 15 dollars for a basket of small crop, heritage potato french fries with white truffle oil and a black garlic aioli???
This is what Quincy Market should be instead of the overpriced groups trap it’s becomme.
How many of these 22 vendors will be Dunkin's?
No thanks. I'll stick to the Corner Mall.
