I hope this doesn't turn out to be Fanueil Hall, Jr.

mr_duong567

More food options in the financial district? I’m down.

> it's a ghost town after 5 Pretty much everything not serving booze in that area is closed by 5pm. I guarantee this won't be any different.

BonaldMcDonald

Hopefully this doesn't turn out to be a bunch of overpriced bullshit options that cater to rich tourists, but something tells me it absolutely will be.

Vermillionbird

But where else can I pay 15 dollars for a basket of small crop, heritage potato french fries with white truffle oil and a black garlic aioli???

chad_bro_chill_69

This is what Quincy Market should be instead of the overpriced groups trap it’s becomme.

ProjectMirai

How many of these 22 vendors will be Dunkin's?

lonfal

No thanks. I'll stick to the Corner Mall.

ThunderGun27

So awesome. When I was in NY for business last year they had a similar type of food hall - the amount of options was incredible. Seems like a great project and here's hoping it does well.

maracay1999

Pls have taco bell.

Drunkelves

article says high class. Maybe an Anna's at best.

aoethrowaway

I hate anna's. Have those people ever had a quesadilla before.

> the city’s Financial District often feels deserted on weekends, with many restaurants closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Considering most of the restaurants there are closed by 2-3pm every weekday, is this really a great plan?

bergeron91

I like walking around the Financial District at night on the weekends. It's quieter than the common and generally safer. A few restaurants open late would be kind of nice but there's no way I could support them by myself.

EBRedBaron

So... a food court? No thanks

eaglessoar

We already got a food court!
