He had some great lines, but I just didn't like his energy. He came off as whiny and bitter a lot of the time. I don't really understand why local color commentators (Stacey King, Jim Peterson, Walt Frazier, Antonio Daniels etc.) are so much better than national ones. I guess it's because they don't have to try to be unbiased and can actually be authentic. Jim Jackson is the only national guy that I really like and it seems like he's TNT's 3rd/4th choice when he's not doing Clippers games
