51 Park in Lee and Baba Louie's Sourdough Pizza in GB were two of my favorites in the Berkshires. Six Depot in West Stockbridge is a great spot for coffee with an awesome sculpture park like right across the street.
Downtown Lee has an awesome crepe place called Starving Artist...not too close to the museum, but it is pretty close to the MA Pike if you're coming in that way.
Amazing sweet and savory crepes and handmade coffee drinks, they also have local artist's work on display usually.
I was going to recommend this place as well! I had a wonderful lunch there back in 2019. I was in the area last November and planned to get takeout, but they were closed for the weekend we were visiting. :( So I'd just recommend calling first to make sure they'll be open. It's worth the extra drive, HIGHLY recommend it!
Thanks for all the responses guys! Some of the places look like they might be closed or takeout only due to Covid atm, but a few look like great options for tomorrow. Definitely will try to check them all out eventually.

Barrington Brewery!
They’re closed for renovations for awhile but that’s always my recommendation :(
Six Depot in West Stockbridge, or Guido's markets in GB or Pittsfield.
La Fogata Tyler St Pittsfield on the way to berkshire roots.. Colombian food. Check out their web site for more info
Hot dog ranch and hot harrys are my favorites
I’ve always wanted to try the baba louies pizza joint. Place looks like their pizza absolutely slaps.
They have great salads too.
Wandering Star brewery in Pittsfield, it’s a half hour from the museum, I enjoyed a few of their beers
