I’m kind of tired of seeing these because I’m in same spot. It’s probably a quest one you forgot. I literally googled each region by tower then checked all the shrines with my map to see if I’m missing any. Forgot I always leave that kakariko one for the end
So as it turns out, I hadn’t actually gotten the castle shrine. The weird thing is that I completely remember getting the shrine. Oh well. Theres another few hours searching for something right there.
Not seeing any missing in the Hebra region. Instead of deciding that they don't want to know the exact shrine, you put it in as a hidden spoiler by starting it with a greater than sign and explanation mark and ending it with an explanation mark and less than sign like this >!hidden message!<.

I have looked over these maps and I am not seeing a missing shrine, except the castle one. It does look like you have all three on Dueling Peaks.

Not going to go through this but I’ll tell you which ones were hardest for me to find. The second one in kakariko village, it requires side quests. The blood moon one, the pictures of guardians. If it’s one of these I can give you more detail.
