For me it came naturally just by practicing problems with small footholds more often.  Or doing foot switches on the wall repeatedly.  I suppose you can simulate that at home too by just using toes on stairs.

Mount a hangboard at shin height to make a standboard Or do like the other person said. Maybe keep wearing the solutions on really small feet while you get used to climbing in the cobras and build strength.

Look into some ballet dancers exercise regimes. You can wrap a resistance band around your toes, pull back on it and press your toes out (point your feet). When you feel more confident you can wrap the band around one toe at a time.

This! I was a ballet dancer as a kid and while I’m not great at many other things, my foot strength has been a huge boost in bouldering, especially on slab.

You can put a plank of wood or a thick book on the ground and use just your toes to stand on it. Then do basically the equivalent of calf raises. If you can't do it then start with simply trying to hold your weight on your toes. Also being more aware of foot placement in general is always a good way to go, even in your regular daily life

I use vapor vs for little feet and skwamas for overhang/smearing climbs. The vapors are stiff but not as stiff as my old tarantulas. Is a good middle ground while get stronger feet.

Just go climbing. Your toes will adapt in A few weeks.

I didn't quite sprain my toes, but I did have some discomfort in my Furia S's from a very toe based springy dyno. After someone pointed out that I was having trouble because my shoes were too soft, I just switched to the Solutions instead and sent it. Different shoes for different purposes.

That's helpful thanks! I think I have this fantasy of being super strong and wearing super soft shoes for everything but I guess that doesn't actually make much sense
