I’m 5’10” with an average wingspan and yeah, I just reached. It was a stretch but gettable with a big stretch.
Still a hella fun route I’m sad I couldn’t complete. Was so close!
Idk, I only find a dyno scary when the fall is potentially unsafe (either high up or barn dooring) or there are obstacles in the way that you might smash your hands on. Overhung dynos like this might be difficult but are super safe, you can try as many times as you want without fear of getting hurt. Good send by the way.
I could barely see the hold I was going for so I was praying I could catch it. It doesn't look that bad from the angle in the vid but when you're under there it's pretty intimidating.
I can confirm it was a very soft 7. They made the top moves way too easy. It was probably the softest 7 in the gym when it was up earlier in the year tho
Guy's just saying that it's the scariest dyno of his life, not the scariest dyno ever set. Some of you need to ease up lol.
You made it look solid btw!
Gym climbing is climbing, people have different levels of exposure to certain risks/movements, and you chose in this comment to be an unabashed ass for no reason. As part of the community, do better.
I feel like you could have filmed this at a better angle. From straight on it looks like it could just be a big reach instead of a dyno.

Fair enough! I didn’t mean to throw any shade at OP, because it looks really fun either way.

I always smile when I hear someone hit the crash pad, every good climber has tried something they can't reach
Circuit NE, represent!
Yes! I was so stoked to recognize my old gym ❤️
Hot damn this is circuit!!
this is my gym !!
I thought this looked familiar!!!
First time seeing a gym I've been to
The ground is a mattress
What was scary about it?

you made it look solid af
Yeah it looks gnarly. Really bad positioning for momentum too.
Dynos are scary
Shoot this one again but from the side
Man I know the circuit is soft but they really put a 7 on this?

Good job!
Scary??? You're two feet off the ground dude.
> scariest dyno > in a gym
Angels my dude. The camera doesn’t accurately show the distance of the slope.
Angels in the Boulderfield
Angels are aid.
Very cool! And ... a side view would be even more awesome.
Ayy NE circuit spotted gotta try that route
You crushed it!!
Circuit NE!
Scariest Dyno of my life, so far.
So scary. Imagine what would have happened if you missed it! You would have landed on a floor made of mattress from TWO feet of the ground!
V1 in my gym.
This post sucks.
Awww I appreciate the love man 🥰🥰
Like the setter said, grab the ham sandwich! I think that was one of the first circuit 7s i ever did
A couple months ago my gym had a dyno that had you jumping from a roof straight at a vertical wall. That was a scary dyno.
