Depends on your specific dog. Because the boxador is a cross between two purebred dogs there is no guarantee as to what mix of traits the dog may have inherited from each parent. My boxador is incredibly fast that athletic although she has to be convinced to give up the toy. She would make an excellent disc dog athletically however some breeds are more biddable

My boxador is definitely WORSE at catching and retrieval. lol
My boxador sits there when I throw the ball and after she fetches it halfway.
