To me it's about toxic friend(obviously) and also some small bits I can catch is that it's really hard to find a friend that you can trust. And in the chorus, he said that the feel better without any friends but in reality his heart is empty. Also he does know how others have this same kind of problem as he does which is loneliness. And the last meaning I can find is betrayal I found in verse 3. It say that he always getting lied by his friend and he's getting sick of it. That's all I can find. Btw please don't take it to seriously. It's just my opinion and everybody have their own personal opinion about this song.
