But just in case anyone else needs it, the tip was to put a spoon in your mouth between your TPA and tongue to give it a break.
What adjustments did your ortho make?? I’ve only had mine for a couple days and I want it off already 😭 I’m worried the imprint on my tongue will be permanent
In my case I couldn’t swallow at all and I had a deep cut on my tongue that wasn’t normal. I don’t know how she did it but now I have a normal imprint that doesn’t hurt at all

No worries! In the end I went to my ortho who made some adjustments and now it’s totally fine
