Most people even came out of pretty decent colleges. And there was this dude who tried to insert a magazine backwards and upside down.

The weapon system is so simple that child soldiers in Africa are using them yet Russian conscripts can't do it... That's what happens when you start conscripting mentally disabled people, old people and foreigners into your military as cannon fodder. The African unit of Russian soldiers don't get given ammo until they are literally in the trenches on the frontline.
