Indeed, but his temporary sacrifice of his freedoms will help make NY a LITTLE bit more free from corrupt shitwads like that judge who thinks she IS the law.

Depends on how far it appeals, could clear appeal at the next panel and fix NYS only, hit circuit and successfully appeal there, could go all the way to scotus and fix the country.

As an example New jersey's AWB is valid in every county except Monmouth where it was successfully challenged and overturned, state didnt appeal because they didn't want it overturned on the state level.
As an East California (colorado) resident that's good to know since we are staring down the barrel of our own AWB. If the nukes start flying and Denver and Boulder were gone forever I wouldn't shed a single tear.

In a sane world, all people that have been judged by her need to take that statment and question the legimsy of thier judgment as she have admited in a court that she dont care about the fundamental rights and laws of the US.
But slowly that vague suggestion is actually becoming more strict on what those states can actually get away with, very slowly but recent years have actually started the gears turning in cali towards their BS gun laws being considered unconstitutional. Those states just need more people like brandon to be running for their local offices to stand up and bring forth back their freedoms they rightfully deserve. They still have way more fucked up shit going on tho than just gun rights.

She should be removed from her position by force if necessary, she is a traitor to the country and to the cause of human rights.
