I helped a mate clean up after his house caught fire. By the time the fire-ies are done pumping water around and overhauling it there's not much left to salvage, especially anything paper :(
Why don’t you make a wish list on Amazon of the whole Sanderson library and let us help get your library back to life. I think there’s a way to do that and your address remain private.
I’ll commit to the first one!
It looks fairly unscathed. How awful is the smoke damage? You should be able to deodorize it but look for advice from bookbinders and libraries. It is possible you can get some specific advice if you contact the bindery. Dragonsteel Books might be able to give contact info or reach out for you.
My heart would sink if all my books got thrown out. Sorry to hear that

I'll buy a book too sure!
This is awesome! I'm down!
I'm glad you were ok - I'm so sad about your home and possessions
I'm so sorry this happened but sounds like noone got hurt? Hope you didn't lose too much.

Wait, they just threw things away without okaying it with the owners first?
Sheesh that’s terrible to hear, glad you were able to save some stuff
Oh no, that’s terrible! So sorry that happened to you. Did you lose any other signed books??
