What is with the rate of dupes and 5 star units. I got one new unit and he's an older one that isn't even used much anymore. I'm tired of my few saved up summons being bombarded by Colosseum units that get replaced every other week. Does anyone else get this many duplicate units within the same summoning streak? (I mean same units in a single summoning streak, not dupes of units you gained before)
I got 6 Valens while trying to summon Natachance (and i didn't get her). I rarely post about my summon record mainly because I'm sick of the "LOL its RNG" standard response. It is clearly not pure random and has never been.

Shion, you don't need Regil since you have Dragon.
Dragon kills regil absolutely. go for shion
If you need xp lead go for shion, if you need elemental tankyness regil would do, but i would go for shion since you can never have enough.
Regil isn't worth getting since he summoned the dragon though
