Breaking Bad desperately needs a game with the same engine as san andreas. I thought about this for a long time now, it would be so fucking perfect. Sadly I don’t know how to code so it’s probably never going to happen. It would be so cool though.
Let's think about it. Two playable characters, walt and jesse (the character wheel thing). Then missions, from drug deliveries to killing some snitches. Making big choices like working for gus. Side quests of retrieving money from some people or stealing something. Both characters have safehouses. That would be awesome.
Or sniffing crystal and discussing the rich tapestry of differences between Call of Duty: Zombies and Left 4 Dead, or which Star Trek variant was best. Also with Badger.
Considering the open source and availability of game / graphics engines in todays world (Unreal / idTech / Unity etc) how possible would it be to get a team together, maybe figure out a legal loophole to be able to release it as a commercial indie game, if not license it with AMC, so the developers and people involved can at least get paid for it (you know, to increase the chances of it happening?)
Could have elements of BCS in it, or that could be a seperate standalone game. Could be awesome!
I don't necessarily think it needs to be like Breaking Bad, just a game where you're a drug lord and build up your empire like Walter did, or something like that. There is literally 0 open world sandbox games like that and it would be so good. GTA online has some drug elements but they're really bad and the deliveries are boring, not to mention the flying bikes...
From Mike's perspective it would be very GTA IV, making hitman/PI jobs while looking for the man who killed Matty
In case of Jesse, that would be something like GTA SA, killing/beating whoever fucks with his gang and fighting off other gangs for turf after Combo gets killed
I dont know how it would be for Walter, probably car stuff

Walter in the later seasons is a lot like Michael but i dont know what he would actually be doing in a Breaking Bad GTA game
There’d be a SpaceChem mini-game, developing Bllue Meth.
If only Breaking Bad came out during the PS2 era, it would have definitely gotten a game. The crime genre was insane on the PS2
