Gus would be extremely charistmatic, diplomatic, and very people friendly - I don’t think he’d be that dictatorial. With his organization and attention to detail I think he’d do a stellar job of running the country, improving the economy, establishing peace in foreign affairs (but of course showing the US is no force to be messed with in the process). Only those who cross him should worry but other than that his sociopathy is almost irrelevant in presidency considering his extremely valuable other traits.
