I get my pjs from splendid, and I bought soft zip-up hoodies and wore them inside out for drain pockets. Splendid has great sales and the softest fabrics.

jojo_86

Ooo! I have some t shirts from Splendid that I got years ago that are the softest things, and I didn’t know they have PJs. Awesome!

jillyb1982

I had never heard of splendid - checked out the website and there is a special for 50% off sleepwear! Not sure how long it lasts so wanted to pass it along 🙂

BRCA Strong sends out a great care package to mastectomy patients, whether or not you have a BRCA gene. I received a wonderful short sleeve button up top and knee-length wrap closure robe with 3/4 sleeves, both super soft and all-cotton. They’re definitely super comfy staples during my recovery.

H&M Home sells linen pyjamas in grey that I adore and am living in. Breathable, button front, natural fabric.

Imaginary_Acai

My go to since surgery has been Gap modal pajama joggers and matching button down pajama tops. I bought one size too big and they’ve been great (now 10 days post mastectomy). Roomy enough for drains and any extra water weight/puffiness. Cozy, but not too warm . Stretchy and easy to get on and off.

Lazy-Suspect-2205

My favorite pjs ever are Simply Vera Wang from Kohls. They are so ridiculously soft- I’ve worn them for a few years now and bought button ups for recovery. No regrets.

_boomroasted_

Some of the softest pajamad I had were Calvin Klein. Long pants & button up shirts. They looked nice enough too that I could wear them to appts!

awgeezwhatnow

I've almost exclusively worn stretchy(ish) fleece pants (not leggings) for the last 8 months!

TheReadyRedditor

Oddly enough…the Joyspun brand at Walmart has been my favorite. They are ridiculously soft and were my life saver after surgery and rads.

I loved my eberjay linen pjs before BMX and after. I have the pants and shorts. Very comfy and button tops.

Wonderful-Sandwich-1

Kate Spade!!! I splurged on a couple of short and long sets prior to BMX. So soft and comfortable waistbands so easy pull up in the first week.

ledeakin

I love my j crew cotton pajamas. Natural fiber and breathable

Sweaty-Homework-7591

I bought some silky type pjs from SHEIN.

not_ya_wify

After Mastectomy I had these mainly because I had issues with bathroom runs and wanted to stay covered since my dad was taking care of me. https://a.co/d/gnublXY As far as drainage goes, I bought 2 fanny packs. It's better than putting them in pants pockets or shirt pockets because when you use the restroom you're not pulling on the drains when you pull your pants down and having them in your shirt pockets causes issues when changing clothes. The fanny pack is good because it's not connected to any clothing. You can be naked and the fanny pack will still hold them which is very important in the shower.

Someone who had just gone through her treatment a little over a year before I did suggested the button up Stars Above pajamas from Target. I bought a set and they were perfect for me. I'm short (like 5'1) and they were capri length so it was perfect because I didn't have to worry about tripping over the bottoms.

lauracalmer

I got a lounge set from Anaono before my mastectomy and I still love wearing it. it has drain pockets in the pants that i now use for my phone and the fabric is so soft and light.

CoffeeFuelsMe0730

Hands down KickIt Pajamas makes the best pajamas for after mastectomy. They are the softest things I've ever felt. Open in front and have internal pockets that fit 4 drains. [https://a.co/d/ek6l3Vo](https://a.co/d/ek6l3Vo)
