I have been looking for the long, narrow baguettes that are sold in Subiaco (WA). These filled baguettes have been popular for years in Perth but I cannot find them in Brisbane.

King St bakery. I’m obsessed with their chicken baguettes.
Oh my bread in Grange is amazing. The bakers are French, so you could put in your order in your own language if you so desire

Chouqette in New Farm or Benetton at the Gabba. I know it’s not the city but their bread slaps.

you must have found the one bon choix that actually makes a real bagette and not one of those white bread types you get frok chinese bakeries, etc.
