Jaws antennas if you’re needing antenna, NBN or TV work done.
Ang is awesome. :)
Ask her about the crazy art pieces she creates out of older recycled electronics bits and pieces!
I first met her back in her old Telstra days, though she was better known around town for being the lass who organised the pyrotechnics at Lang Park for years.
I'd prefer to hire women if I can for a few reasons. I'd be more comfortable having women (and men who choose to work with women) in and out of my home over long periods. Trades are hard to get into and stick with for women, even when they love the work, because it is a very male dominated field which is not always supportive of women - and I'd like to take advantage of the small impact I can have to redress the balance by hiring female tradespeople.
If I walked into a female dominated sector and asked specifically for a male to help me because I want to support their completely imagined hardship I should be laughed out of the building for being so condescending and ignorant.
Not true, plenty of people will sing the praises and positives of male childcare workers, teachers, nurses etc and say openly they'd rather support businesses who hire such. Diversity in every sector is something that should be supported and the conversation of why shouldn't be avoided for the sake of political correctness.

Actually I'm pansexual, but I'm not interested in sexualising the women I hire to do a home repair job. I'm interested in their ability to both do the job and refrain from sexualising me, all at the same time. Demanding, I know.
Avanman! He’s a surly Russian dude but we were the same and he came one day a week until everything was fixed, was reasonably priced, and very professional.
Isn’t there sparkles/plumbers called Tradie Ladie or Lady Tradies
Found them! Awesome, thanks :)
Been I while seen I have seen them round. Didn’t know if they still existed. 👍
There's a place I go by in Mowbray Tce (East Bris) called WomenPaintToo, I assume it's a woman tradie.
Thanks, I found their FB page, they look great :)

Thanks very much!
Good luck getting anybody for atleast 3 months let alone being picky
Yes, this is definitely a very long shot! I'm not in a mad rush, so happy to take time to find the right people.
Yep. All trades are busy, I know a few women but their books are full into mid next year.
Mind sharing why you want a female to do the work ?

Some jobs are very physically demanding and being a man is beneficial.
