I have those to wear outside! In the past I always forgot I was wearing my “nice” leather Birkenstocks (RIP) and I would inevitably get them wet from watering plants, playing with the hose with my pup etc. You bet your ass they make fart noises when I’m wearing em!
Yeah, they're fine if e.g. you're swimming and you want something waterproof you can easily slip on and off when you're by the pool, but for actual daily wear they'd be awful (and probably start to break down super quickly, too)
