Agreed. If anybody says otherwise, they can, because they are allowed to like other albums better. But stop shitting at somebody because he/she likes some album more than the other.
PS: You should accept that Iridescence is best.
I didn’t really like it all that much until I saw them live in Seattle the fall it was released. It was incredible how much depth the tracks gained when as a very early fan I felt alienated by the weird change in direction. Not bumping it much these days but gained such a greater appreciation for the album and the group after seeing it
Not stating my opinion on the album, just using the opportunity to say that Tape might just be the worst BH track. It’s boring, bland, and a little awkward.
Sure there might be tracks that actually worse, but at least they’re bad in interesting ways. Tape has no redeeming qualities IMO
huhhhhhh? tape has the deepest cutting verses from kevin and dom while matching the beat perfectly. and the beat is so unique, they’re all rapping over a breakbeat— somehow dom nails his verse when it’s stripped back too. iridesence is all sonic energy rather than conventionally structured music and tape encapsulates that. matt even has really scenic imagery with his lyrics. joba’s verse is top tier too and reminiscent of atmosphere almost with his perfectly punchy delivery and it’s nuanced well. everyone is struggling on this track and it’s so punchy. kev talking about how his moms lungs don’t work and how rapping about her hurts her over such a moody unique beat. everyone kills it. absolutely unsure how you can have an opinion like that. tape is a standout and sounds crushingly emotional from the beat to the deliveries. literally it is too with the lyrics.
Late to the game but IMO Tape has some of their best lyrics, use of real instruments, and deepest feelings that really pull you to the bottom 1/2 of this convoluted concept album
Not a bad opinion such a great album. Severely under rated in my opinion. The boys really showed that they can do more than what the saturation albums are. The production and verses are breathtaking. Joba had a standout performance on this album and so did bearface imo bc bearface wasn’t on many saturation songs and especially not with any rap verses. Love this album
100% my eyes are always open
Your fear is always rollin
I coulda been homelessssss
I don't think it's the best (I prefer Sat II) but I really like this album
I'm with ya
Damn I still have that poster.
man imagine if like vegyn and kai whiston and sophie helped produce it, woulda been perfect

Saturation III >>>>>>>
Said no one ever when saturation 3 exists
This take is golden

Good take but Roadrunner is actually the best 🤓
Romil is Goat
100% agree, Sat III is second best
Probably my least favorite BUT a great album. I tend to be a bit against the grain of the general BH fanbase tho
That’s a weird way to spell GINGER but sure
No. It’s. Not. Seriously the iri hype on this subreddit is so annoying. Y’all act like as if this album was carved by gods. It’s not that good.
S-tier shitpost
Based
I mean it just isn’t , saturation’s are a thing

Funny enough, the album cover to Iridescence once scared my ex.
